Our Mission
JL987 exists to bring the excitement of casino gaming and sports betting into the everyday lives of Filipino players — accessible, transparent, and built on a foundation of fair play. We believe that enjoying an online platform should never feel complicated, risky, or out of reach.
"Entertainment you can trust."
JL987 is committed to providing a platform where Filipino players can have fun, manage their budget, and enjoy every session — from Metro Manila to the provinces.
Our Story
JL987 started from a simple observation: Filipino players deserve an online gaming platform that was built with them in mind from the beginning — not adapted from a foreign product and translated into English as an afterthought.
The Philippines is one of Southeast Asia's most active online gaming markets. Millions of Filipinos enjoy slots, card games, and sports betting as a form of entertainment. Yet for a long time, most available platforms were designed for other markets first, with local payment options bolted on later, support teams who didn't understand local context, and interfaces that felt foreign and confusing.
JL987 was built differently. From the payment infrastructure — which prioritises GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking in PHP — to the game selection curated for Filipino tastes, every decision at JL987 reflects what actually matters to players in Manila, Quezon City, Cebu, Davao, and everywhere in between.
Language matters in gaming. When you're placing a bet or reading the rules of a new game, clarity is everything. JL987's platform, support team, and communications are all in natural Philippine English — not overly formal, not full of jargon, just clear and easy to follow. Our support agents understand local context and can help you navigate any issue quickly and without frustration.
The JL987 game lobby was put together with Filipino players in mind. You'll find a strong selection of video slots from leading providers, classic and modern table games, a live casino section with real dealers streaming in real time, and a sports betting platform that covers the events Filipinos care about most:
Beyond sports, the live casino at JL987 brings the atmosphere of a real gaming floor to your screen. Games like baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and sic bo are streamed live with professional dealers. It's a very different experience from playing against a computer — the social element and real-time interaction make it feel more engaging and more authentic.
One of the biggest friction points for Filipino players on international platforms has historically been payments. Complicated processes, currency conversions, and unfamiliar payment methods made depositing feel like a chore. JL987 removes that friction entirely.
All deposits at JL987 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). You can fund your account using GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet, and major Philippine banks' online banking portals — the same tools you use to pay bills and transfer money every day. Most deposits reflect in your JL987 account within minutes. Withdrawals follow the same local-first approach so you can get your winnings back to your e-wallet or bank account without unnecessary delays.
Security at JL987 is not something we treat as optional. Every connection to the platform is encrypted with SSL, the same standard used by Philippine banks and major financial institutions. Account creation requires identity verification through a KYC process to ensure that only verified players can access real-money features. Login sessions can be protected with OTP, and the mobile app supports biometric authentication — fingerprint on Android and Face ID or Touch ID on iOS.
We invest continuously in fraud detection and account monitoring to make sure that both your funds and your personal information stay safe. In the rare event of a security concern, our support team is available around the clock to help resolve issues quickly.
Most Filipinos do most of their browsing on a mobile phone — that's simply the reality of how internet access works across the country. The JL987 app was designed to match that behaviour. It's a lightweight, fast-loading app available for both Android and iOS that gives you access to the full JL987 platform from anywhere with a mobile connection.
The Android version is available as a direct APK download — no app store required. The iOS version installs through a guided profile process. Both apps include the full game library, in-app cashier, push notifications for promotions and events, and access to the 24/7 support chat. If you spend most of your gaming time on your phone, the JL987 app is the most convenient way to play. You can find the download links on the Download page.
Our Journey
From a focused idea to a full-service Filipino gaming platform — here's how JL987 has developed over time.
JL987 launched as an online gaming platform targeting Filipino players, with a focused game library, PHP payment support, and a local-first customer service approach from day one.
Following strong player interest, JL987 expanded beyond slots to include a full live dealer casino and a dedicated sports betting section covering PBA, basketball, and international football.
Recognising that the majority of Filipino players access online platforms via mobile, JL987 released native apps for Android and iOS — both available as direct downloads outside the major app stores.
JL987 deepened its local payment infrastructure by integrating GCash and Maya alongside existing bank transfer options, making deposits faster and more accessible for players across the Philippines.
JL987 introduced a full suite of responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion options, reinforcing our commitment to player wellbeing alongside entertainment.
JL987 continues to expand its game library, improve platform performance, and refine the overall experience based on feedback from the Filipino players who make this platform what it is.
Our Values
These are the principles that guide every decision we make at JL987 — from product features to how we handle player support.
Transparent odds, honest promotions, and game outcomes you can trust. No hidden terms, no misleading offers.
A platform that works well whether you're on a flagship phone or an entry-level Android device in the provinces.
SSL encryption, OTP verification, and KYC processes that protect every account and every transaction.
Tools and information to help players stay in control — because entertainment should never become a burden.
Responsible gaming is not a checkbox for JL987 — it's a genuine commitment. We believe that the best gaming experience is one where players are in full control of their time and budget. That's why we've built practical tools directly into the platform that make it easy to set your own limits before you start playing.
On JL987, you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased immediately — there's a cooling-off period to ensure that decisions are made thoughtfully rather than impulsively. Session reminders can be configured to notify you of how long you've been playing, so time doesn't get away from you during a session. If you feel you need a longer break, the self-exclusion feature allows you to pause your account for a defined period.
JL987 is strictly for players who are 21 years of age or older. We take age verification seriously during the registration and KYC process. If you have concerns about your gaming habits, or if you're supporting someone who does, we encourage you to visit our Responsible Gaming page for guidance, tools, and additional resources.
Joining JL987 takes only a few minutes. Registration is free and straightforward — you'll need a valid Philippine mobile number and email address to create your account. Once registered and verified, you can make your first deposit using GCash, Maya, or your Philippine bank account, and start exploring the game lobby.
If you already have an account, you can log in here. If you'd like to learn more about current offers, visit the Promotions page. For questions, the FAQ covers the most common topics and our live support team is always available for anything more specific.
